Top Hat

Does anybody know the video with a guy in a red top hat and the floor was moving?
It came out awhile ago. All I can remember is that he was wearing a red top hat and sunglasses, the floor and walls were moving and at the end of the video he sat on the couch. If anybody remembers that would be great thanks
