Boots Blue
How can I dye my black/dark brown hair blue? And where can I buy cheap Newrock boots?
I tried dyeing my hair blue the other day and bought a semi permanent colour but it hasn't worked. I really don't want to have to bleach my hair first so does anyone know of any dye I can use? Also I've been looking for NewRock boots but they are sooo expensive like £150.. any suggestions as to websites I could purchase them cheaper?

Maybe what you could do instead of dyeing your whole head, do just the tips until you find something that works for you. That way you could bleach the ends and apply the dye, and if you ended up not liking it or it completely fried your hair, you could just trim it off and try again.
