Collar Blouse
Does anyone know what kind of collar on this blouse is?

I'm trying to find a blouse that looks like the one up there, especially for the collar, but also for the puff sleeves. Does anyone know what the collar or the type of blouse itself is called? When I search for it, I only get dress shirts and others.. nothing like what I want.
