How long should i put my 100% cotton shirt in the wash/dryer to shrink it from a large to a medium?
How long would i have to put my large 100% cotton shirt in the wash/dryer to get it to shrink down to just a bit bigger than a medium.
And what settings should i put it on.
Please be specific.

Wash it any way you usually wash your shirts, the key is the dryer. If you keep it in there on high heat for a long time, it will definitely shrink and feel tighter.
