Sweater Pet
My huband's pet rabbit has taken to avoiding his litter box?
The rabbit's; not my husband's. He's leaving pellets in the kitchen, in the tub and in the great room. He seems to especially enjoy using my sweater drawer as his private commode. What to do? (Once again, it's the rabbit leaving pellets....I think.)
If the rabbit is allowed to run around in a large area of the house it's helpful to use more than one litter tray
also... its mating season and sometimes they run around in a circle leaving pellets as they go
some rabbits also do this for attention, not good I know. If it is this, try to ignore him and move the pellets to his litter tray and then give him a small treat if you see hi using the litter tray
