Skirt Size
when buying a skirt, do you order based on hip size or waste size?
i've never owned one before so my question is do i base sizing on my hip measurement or waste measurement? my underwear size is 6/M, would i order a size 6 skirt or a medium size?
Most online stores will have a sizing chart. But I say order a 6.
