What kind of dog is small to medium size and generally quiet?
I am wondering what kind of dog is quiet, (I live in an apartment and don't want my neighbors to hate me) although I do realize all dogs bark. I also need the dog to small to medium sized at most, and has shorter hair and doesn't shed much. The dog also needs to be somewhat friendly because my fiance has a two year old nephew that visits.
Shiba inus don't bark much at all and they are small.
Also the barkless dark a basenji, but some yoddle louding and bay, plus they are a little antisocial.
A great dog, would doesn't bark very much or shed very much is a pitbull, dispite what you may have heard about them being unpredictable and turning, they are wonderful dogs would deserve a chance, mine doesn't bark at all.
Rhodesian ridgebacks, although on the larger side, don't bark much either.
