Sony Ericsson have further expanded their Walkman range of mobile phones with the release of the latest colour variant of their new slide model, the Sony Ericsson W595 Pink joins the existing blue, white, grey and black editions in this sliding Walkman phone line up.
The pink Sony W595 has been exclusively launched by the UK network operator T-Mobile just in time for Valentines day making this attractive new model an ideal gift for a girlfriend, sister, wife or, dare we say - mistress!
The Sony Ericsson W595 pink offers exactly the same great design, technolgy and music features as the rest of the colour variants in the range but exchanges the outer casing colour for a new sassy, sexy light pink finish.
Taking over from where the W580i left off, which was also made available in a pink casing and has since been the best selling model in the range it looks like the pink W595 Walkman is set to follow suit, with its small dimensions and convenient slide design this new phone will appeal to ladies looking for that perfect handbag phone.
With the Sony W595 pink users get the best in music on the move with its built-in Walkman MP3 player, and they can download their favourite music straight to their phone with T-Mobile's Mobile Jukebox. Owners of the Sony W595 Pink can surf the internet on the move with web'n'walk or use the phone as a modem for their laptop to get online.
This new Walkman phone keeps users connected with instant messaging straight to their mobile and allows them to take great quality pictures wherever they are with the built-in 3.2 megapixel camera. There's a 2GB memory card in the box to store all of a users tunes and pictures and stereo Bluetooth connectivity makes it easy to share photos and files with their friends.
Although initially launched as a T-Mobile exclusive handset is it widely expected that after this release period is over the other UK networks will pick up this tempting little handset and offer it on their own pay monthly tariffs. this initial time frame is usually kept secret in an agreement between the manufacturer and the network involved but can last from as little as one week through to a couple of months.
In some cases a new phone model can be launched solely on one network but based on the previous W580i pink handset it is likely that the Sony Ericsson W595 pink's exclusive period will be short lived.
T-Mobile further plans to rollout this new device as a Pay As You Go phone which will appeal to anyone currently experiencing credit problems as there are no network credit checks when purchasing a pay as you go phone.
