1.why do some women grow more feminine/attractive after puberty and some don't?
2. besides genes, do prenatal care to the female baby affect how attractive she becomes in the future?(some women are so attractive&feminine/some women look like dudes)
3. do playboy models/maxim models have some classified strategies that make them grow more and more feminine and curvy?
It's all up to your genes, but you certainly can help it along.
SLEEP
A good night's rest (6-8 hours each night) helps you feel more refreshed, but also has you looking great and well-rested. This also helps prevent bags under your eyes, a sallow complexion, and saggy skin.
MOOD
Worrying may not give you wrinkles, but stress makes you look like sh*t. There's simply no reason to carry it with you, so let it go and de-stress!
DIET
Yes, certain foods do make you look better or worse because of the nutrients they have. Antioxidant-rich foods (think dark greens and dark purples) help by fighting off "free radicals," which are particles that float inside your body and damage it. Raw fruits and veggies do improve your skin tone and texture...vegans with balanced diets will tell you that their skin and hair began to GLOW after becoming vegan! A diet that contains essential fats (omega-3/6/9, for example) boosts your hair and skin's texture. B vitamins improve the strength and texture of your hair, skin, and nails.
While we like to think that food just tastes good or bad, it really does have a function!
TRICKS
The only trick I can suggest is natural. Adding things to your hair and skin (and internal system via food) that is unnatural upsets your body and causes reactions. I use just oil on my skin and hair to ensure that it shines and keeps my skin looking great. Just a little bit on the face works wonders...and won't clog pores! I prefer almond oil, but you can also use olive oil or grapeseed oil.
