where now a days do they accept adult pitbulls to travel?
i have a friend that just came from rhode island thru airplane and wanted to send her dog this way. the only problem is that her dog is 35 pounds american pitbull terrier. 2yrs old. she does not want to let go of her because thats like her daughter. so is there any possible airlines that would accept her dog and if so how much you think it would cost. she does have a kennel already and health certificate. she just needs advice on what she can do.
UHave2Be: Actually there are a few airlines that have restrictions on "Pitbulls" They either wont allow them at all, over a certain age or over a certain weight.
Yell your friend to start calling airlines and ask.
