Jerky Breast

Question about Nutrition & Weight Training?
18 y.o. male
height: 5'3
A month ago I was 101 lbs, I was underweight so I started to eat more to put on muscles. I started weight training.
Exactly one month later I gained 12 lbs. I'm now 113 lbs.
What I usually eat in a day as sources of protein:
1 pound of skinless grilled chicken breast,
3 cups of reduced fat milk,
3 egg whites, rice & bread (carbs), sometimes beef jerky.
Along with 1 hour of weight training every other day of the week, I switch between working on my arms to my chest.
My questions are:
1) Is it healthy to gain 12 lbs in a single month? (i think i put on mostly muscle though)
2) Is it alright to eat a pound of skinless chicken breast almost everyday? (because its my major source of protein: about 120g of protein right there)
3) If it isn't should i be eating other things as well? like what?
my target weight is: 120 lbs
1) Yes, that is fine... assuming you aren't packing on loads of fat you are fine
2) Your protein source is fine however,
3) You might want to vary your diet because A) it can get boring eating the same thing over and over B) there are other good sources of protein that might have other vitamins/minerals that you are lacking by only eating chicken (for example fish and omega 3's)
The only other thing I would say is to make sure that you are lifting using all of your muscle groups. You mentioned arms and chest but that makes it sound as if perhaps you are leaving out other muscle groups. Remember your Quads (upper legs) are the biggest muscle group in your body. Your shoulders and back are also large muscles groups. If you want to gain weight these muscle groups will help a lot if you aren't working on them now (For a comparison put your upper arm near your upper leg and see how much bigger your leg is)
