Dog Beds

Do those thermal (self heating) dog beds really work?
Is $45.00 too much to spend?
Can anyone tell me somewhere in the Oklahoma City, Okla. (USA) area I can find them? I can only seem to find them on-line.
Thanks
yes they do, but 45 dollars is just a little over-pricey.
